Rochelle Wilcox Presents at the NAEYC Annual Conference 2024
Wilcox Academy of Early Learning proudly celebrates Mrs. Rochelle Wilcox for her impactful participation in the NAEYC Annual Conference 2024.
As Founder and Executive Director of both Wilcox Academy of Early Learning and For Providers by Providers (4PXP), Mrs. Wilcox served as a lead contributor within the Southern Early Childhood Education Justice (SECEJ) Network presentations, joining partners from the Southern Education Foundation to engage in national dialogue on early childhood education policy, practice, and equity.
Her sessions included “From Powerless to Powerful: Engaging Early Care and Education Providers in Advocacy” and “Identifying Challenges and Effective Strategies in Developing Justice-Focused Early Childhood Initiatives,” both of which highlight her continued commitment to elevating the voices, leadership, and agency of early childhood educators.
Mrs. Wilcox’s work consistently centers educators and families while advancing conversations around equity, access, and systemic support within early learning.
We are incredibly proud of her leadership, advocacy, and continued representation of Wilcox Academy and the broader early childhood community on such an influential national stage.
