A Mini-Retreat for Our Educators

Last week, the Wilcox Academy of Early Learning educational team gathered for an inspiring mini-retreat focused on collaboration, reflection, and continued growth.

Leadership and a select group of educators came together to share insights, strengthen instructional alignment, and further develop the shared vision that guides our work across all Wilcox Academy campuses.

The retreat provided an intentional space to engage in meaningful dialogue, exchange best practices, and reinforce our commitment to high-quality early childhood education.
