Wilcox Academy Educational Retreat

On Saturday, December 14th, the Wilcox Academy leadership team, instructional coaches, and educators gathered for an engaging and purposeful educational retreat facilitated by Kathy Namba.

The retreat focused on strategic planning to strengthen instructional practices and ensure continued excellence across all classrooms. Key areas of focus included developmentally appropriate curriculum design, classroom environments, daily scheduling, lesson planning, and professional development priorities for the upcoming year.

This dedicated time allowed staff to collaborate, reflect, and align on goals that directly support student growth and high-quality early learning experiences.
