Rochelle Wilcox of Wilcox Academy of Early Learning was named the 2023 Early Childhood Leader of the Year at the 16th Annual Cecil J. Picard Educator Excellence Awards Gala, hosted by Dream Teachers and the Louisiana Department of Education at the National WWII Museum. Rochelle was recognized among top educators across the state of Louisiana.
